A punch game credit cannot be redeemed for Collector's Edition games. There is no monthly limit on Punches but it resets to 0 at 12:01 PST the first of the next month. How to Cancel Your Big Fish Games Subscription and Uninstall

For many people who are new to internet billing and are unfamiliar with canceling online, here are the required steps:

* Go to the My Game Club tab, a subset of the My Account tab
* Simply select Cancel Your Account
* It will ask to confirm and your account will be immediately terminated

Big Fish Games accounts can only be canceled online! There is no phone number. To avoid another month's billing you will have to cancel before your account crosses the next bill date, which is listed under your account and is the same day of the month that you opened the account.
